Điều này đã từng xảy ra tương tự tại Trung Quốc khi Proview có quyền dùng  nhãn hiệu “ipad” với giá 60 triệu USD .Apple cũng coi thị trường Brazil là mục tiêu tăng trưởng quan trọng và có vẻ như họ không muốn dừng bán điện thoại của mình tại đây .
